Advertiser Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an advertiser account or purchasing advertising on LocalSingl.es ("Platform"), you ("Advertiser") agree to these Advertiser Terms of Service and our Advertising Policy. These terms form a binding agreement between Advertiser and 13 LLC ("Company").

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current business information at registration.
  • Advertiser accounts are separate from member profiles and governed by these terms independently.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your advertiser account.
  • You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.
  • One advertiser account per business. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.

3. Ad Campaign Services

The Company provides paid advertising placements within the LocalSingl.es app and web platform. Campaign performance (impressions, clicks) is estimated and not guaranteed. Actual results may vary based on audience size, targeting, and user engagement.

The Company reserves the right to modify ad placement formats, targeting options, and pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Content Responsibility

Advertiser is solely responsible for all ad content, including headlines, descriptions, images, and landing pages. Advertiser represents and warrants that:

  • All ad content is accurate, not misleading, and complies with applicable laws.
  • Advertiser owns or has all necessary rights and licenses to the content submitted.
  • Ad content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Landing pages linked in ads are functional, relevant, and comply with all laws.

5. Payment Terms

  • All campaigns are prepaid at the time of submission.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.
  • Approved campaigns that have begun delivery are non-refundable.
  • Campaigns rejected before delivery begin are fully refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • Campaigns paused or terminated due to policy violations are non-refundable.

6. Approval & Rejection

The Company reviews all campaigns before activation. We may reject, pause, or terminate any campaign at any time that violates our Advertising Policy or these Terms. Rejection decisions are final, though Advertisers may revise and resubmit campaigns for review.

7. Intellectual Property

Advertiser grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute submitted ad content solely for the purpose of delivering the advertising services. The Company does not claim ownership of Advertiser's content.

8. Data & Analytics

Advertisers receive aggregate analytics (impressions, clicks, CTR) for their campaigns. No personal data about individual users is shared with Advertisers. Analytics data is provided for informational purposes and is not guaranteed to be error-free.

9. Indemnification

Advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Advertiser's content, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company's total liability to Advertiser for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by Advertiser in the 30 days preceding the claim. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the advertiser relationship at any time. Upon termination, active campaigns will be paused. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for material policy violations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Marion County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the advertising platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify Advertisers of material changes via email.
