Profile Data: Photos, videos, bio text, interests, and preferences you provide. You control this information and can edit or delete it at any time.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform — swipes, matches, messages, event RSVPs, venue check-ins, and Flex Wall activity.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. We retain transaction records (amount, date, type) for billing and support purposes.

Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and diagnostic data for security and performance purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the LocalSingl.es platform
  • To match you with other members based on your preferences and location
  • To process payments and manage your account
  • To send transactional emails (welcome, match notifications, reservation confirmations)

  • Other members: Your public profile (name, age, photos, bio, interests) is visible to other authenticated members.
  • Partner venues: If you make a reservation, the venue receives your reservation details only.
  • Service providers: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). These parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LocalSingl.es or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.

You have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate data in your profile
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Opt out of marketing emails
  • Export your data (available upon request)
