By creating an account or using LocalSingl.es (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LocalSingl.es. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Harass, bully, or threaten other users
  • Post sexually explicit content or content involving minors
  • Use the platform for commercial solicitation without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
  • Engage in scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Share another user's private information without consent

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content on LocalSingl.es, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you post and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Payments & Coins

LocalSingl.es uses a virtual coin system for in-app purchases. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded except where required by law. All purchases are final.

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, harmful conduct, or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find matches, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that other users will act safely. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 13 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Marion County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
